C238 Buddhism into Tao

Lu Yonghao laughed and said, "Wife, there's one thing I want to ask you. If I let you live with other girls, would you be willing?"

"Why?" Chiang Huayue asked doubtfully. Then, she realized something and said to Lu Yonghao, "Could it be that someone wants to move in with us?"

"No." Lu Yonghao was thinking about whether he should tell Chen Yan about what happened between him and himself, but after thinking about it for a while, he decided to leave it and said, "It's a rent-free house. It's quite big and coincidentally has Chen Yan and her two sisters that you saw last time. I want to live with you too."

Chiang Huayue asked curiously, "Why did she ask you to stay there for no reason?"

Lu Yonghao thought that if they really lived together and were under the same roof, then things would get known anyway. He might as well confess it a little. Thinking this, he told Lu Yonghao everything that happened inside in detail.

Actually, she had always been curious about the situation between Lu Yonghao and Chen Yan. She had been wondering how Lu Yonghao and Chen Yan were progressing, but now, hearing Lu Yonghao say this, she couldn't help but say, "Yonghao, if that's the case, why are you hiding it from us? You know, paper can't wrap fire. "

"There's nothing we can do about this. My parents and her parents are too old. We don't want to hurt their feelings, lest they get provoked. We can only wait for the right opportunity." Lu Yonghao said honestly.

Chiang Huayue acknowledged, although she still wanted to ask more about this matter, but from Lu Yonghao's appearance, she didn't seem to want to talk about it too much, because she could tell that Lu Yonghao was also troubled by this matter. If she asked too much, Lu Yonghao would definitely be annoyed.

Thinking about this, she said to Lu Yonghao, "But is this okay? If I live in it with you, it'll be five people. "

"Yes, the house can be considered big." Lu Yonghao said, "I also came to see how you and Chen Yan are chatting. If you really don't want to, then forget it."

"It's fine, let's just switch. There's no need for rent anyways, and there's just too many people." Chiang Huayue said.

Lu Yonghao didn't expect Chiang Huayue to be so easy to talk to. He couldn't help but say sincerely, "Wife, thank you."

"I'm still used to your blabbermouth look. If you were to cultivate Buddha, your entire person would turn into a treasured appearance and dignity. I really wouldn't dare to imagine that."

"Don't worry, even if I am a buddha, I am still a vulgar monk who drinks wine and meat." Lu Yonghao laughed. Because of Chiang Huayue's consideration, his heart became light and good.

After the conversation went on for a while, Chiang Huayue saw that Lu Yonghao was sleepy, so she took the initiative to go back to her room to sleep. Lu Yonghao didn't keep her, after all, he was seriously reading the Buddhist book earlier, and at that time, he had some motivation, so he didn't feel sleepy at all.

Lu Yonghao woke up the next day when the sun was on his buttocks. When he got up, he was surprised to find that Chiang Huayue was not at home. It was a Sunday and Chiang Huayue did not have to work, so he did not mind as he thought Chiang Huayue might have gone shopping or shopping.

After washing his face and rinsing his mouth, Lu Yonghao returned to his room. He started to continue reading the corresponding Buddhist books.

Among them, Lu Yonghao saw some useful things.

The first was to order. What did it mean to stop studying? It was definitely a method to cure the heart that required the most effort. The people's body and mind suffered, and since it was the work of the cause gathered together by virtue of work and vexation, he knew that in order to get rid of this suffering, he had to first put an end to it. Business and trouble are nothing but a matter of heart; what is it, to try to look back at our hearts? That was what people thought before, what they thought after, and what they thought was interconnected countless times. It could be said that the root of people's life and death was this presumption. Since he had already understood this principle, healing his heart was the most important thing that he didn't have.

There are two types of learning. One is preparation, and the other is practice.

In order to prepare, one had to choose a quiet place to avoid confusion; therefore, the monastery where the family lived was mostly located on a famous mountain. According to what was written, those who lived in the city generally could not enter the mountain, but could only choose a clean room at home, thus obtaining a decent amount of environment. After that, the body should first be adjusted: the body aspect, diet should have a certain amount of time, about eight hours of sleep, do not act rough, make qi and blood calm, happy limbs. The aspect of the heart, the presumptuous use of thought, has been like this since my life. It is not easy to subdue an ape of will; it is not that difficult, but it will be effective after a long time.

Must know the action of a person, do not move, live, sit, recline four kinds of majesty. "Apart from the decadent, the practitioners of Buddhism must always pay attention to their surroundings and not let their imagination run wild; for example, if they are able to cure the numbness, they must be patient and have their own thoughts."

The second practice was to meditate in the meditation room every morning or night. This should also be noted in both body and mind: the body should be placed on a stool, covered with a thick soft cushion, and the buttocks should be placed up another inch or two, and then seated cross-legged on it, either with the right leg on the left leg or with the left leg on the right leg, as you please; the left and right hands should be held together, placed under the abdomen; the renal sac should be suspended without compressing. The side of the heart wanted to put down everything and sweep away all the delusions. Only one thought remained, like a mirror, never to be stained by a single speck of dust.

It was difficult for a beginner to do anything in this kind of situation, but there was a simple method, which was called the breathing technique. The breath at the end of one's nose was called 'one breath', and once one sat down, one would pay attention to the breath at the other's entrance, in case one's mind was distracted. The first breath was several words, the second breath was a few words, but if one kept counting all the way to the cross, then turn around and count one word, counting from one to ten, there was no confusion at all. Furthermore, rest was part of the body, while numbers were part of the heart. Now that he had used this technique, his mind and body could naturally become one. This method was the most suitable one for those who had just learned it.

This determination reminded Lu Yonghao of the Emptiness Realm. During the Emptiness Realm, one must first enter a meditative state. The concept of fixed learning allowed Lu Yonghao to have a certain understanding of the cultivation method.

He had even thought of cultivating it, but he endured it in the end because he suddenly remembered something the cultivation system had mentioned: One must not be too hasty in cultivating it!

Now that he was only at the first glimpse of Buddhism, he felt that he should read more about Buddhism. When the time came, he should read the corresponding cultivation content first. After all, if he cultivated empty-headed, it might be counterproductive.

Lu Yonghao had to say that he wanted to cultivate his strength, but on the other hand, he also understood one thing. Lu Yonghao had to say, he wanted to cultivate his strength, but on the other hand, he also understood one thing, that was, he had just started cultivating.

However, he vaguely felt that after Fat Monk saved him, he left without saying anything. Perhaps he felt that the girl in black would not come and cause trouble for him.

Suddenly, he thought of one possibility, and that was whether Fat Monk's fight with the girl in black caused the girl in black to be injured internally. Therefore, Fat Monk did not think that the girl in black would come and look for trouble with him, at least not in the short term, and Fat Monk might know that his Special Ability Pen was about to level up.

Lu Yonghao felt that the former idea was possible, but he immediately rejected the latter idea when he was born because even he himself felt that it was a bit ridiculous. That Fat Monk was not a deity, so how could he be that powerful?

Thinking of this, he continued to look at the content on the internet.

There was an intellectual content in it.

What is intelligence? This word of intelligence is extremely difficult to describe, because it is a great wisdom born from a fixed power; at this point, it is possible to put an end to the delusions, to imagine the natural and to prove the truth; it is not our usual little intelligence; we do not have the skill to fix it, so how can we understand this kind of wisdom? However, it is impossible not to speak of it. Slightly speaking of its original form, we can use metaphor as proof. As it turned out, our hearts were indeed presumptuous. However, our sincerity was immovable. However, it was concealed by our presumptuous thoughts, so we really couldn't reveal it.

For example, the mirror, obscured by dust, seems to have lost the effect of the object, but in fact the mirror itself has nothing to lose but to wipe out the dust, and the mirror body will continue to glow, and the object will be exposed; and this is what it is, the mirror will be covered up by dust when you think about things, and it will be completely hidden; and if we use fixed learning to sweep away the thought, we will go back to a thought, and after a long time the thought will fall away, and the true light will naturally appear, and then the mirror will be as clear as if it were the object of the mirror, and this is called intelligence.

For Lu Yonghao, the example of the Ming Realm made him think of the Emptiness Realm he was cultivating. He suddenly had an epiphany and took out the Special Ability Pen. He opened the cultivation system and started reading.

At this moment, Fat Monk, who had helped Lu Yonghao before, was standing in front of a cliff deep in the mountains. He was standing upright, and the night wind was blowing his loose yellow monastic robe.

His eyes were focused in the distance, and no one knew what he was thinking about.

Amongst all of them, he muttered to himself: "Junior sister is so stubborn about the Special Ability Pen, she is now injured by me, and needs some time to recuperate. That brat has the Special Ability Pen, I believe he will have some development in the near future, when that time comes, it will be up to him.

After saying that, his expression could not help but become somewhat sorrowful. Then, he sighed and said, "Junior Sister, if you are so persistent, if you … "Forget it, let's see how things develop in the end. What should come will eventually come, and what should go will eventually come!"

As he thought of this, he no longer stood at the edge of the cliff, and instead turned around and walked away …
