Martial Soul: Be a Saint

At the peak of a towering ancient building that pierced the clouds, there was a dazzling golden palace that was over three thousand feet tall. The giant demon ape that was over three hundred feet tall was currently sitting on a golden dragon throne in front of the palace.    

    

Currently, it was wearing a golden crown and holding a black judge's pen in its hand. As it sat there, it exuded the aura of a king.    

    

On its left and right, there was a magical beast serving it. On its two sides, several tens of weird-looking demonic beasts prostrated themselves in worship.    

    

"This King's subjects, get up!" The Magic Ape's dignified gaze swept across the dozens of demonic beasts that it had worshipped below it. The judge's pen in his hand rapidly spun a few times before a muffled yet powerful voice suddenly came from his mouth.

The sound reverberated through the enormous palace before them that was similar to a large hall.    

    

"Thank you, Demon King!"    

    

The Magic Beasts replied in unison before slowly getting up.    

    

This scene was like the scene of the imperial court in the mortal world.

As ministers, magical beasts absolutely had to be respectful to their king.    

    

The Magic Ape scanned the magical beasts below with its dignified gaze before finally focusing on the bottom right side of the monster ape. The monster ape closest to it was at least a hundred feet away.    

    

Its expression darkened and a low voice came out of its mouth once more, "Great Chieftain, have you found those humans yet?"    

    

After the Demon Ape, who was called Great Chieftain, heard its words, its face became nervous and it quickly bowed to it, "Reporting to the Demon King, it is said that our Demon Beast Army has lost all of their humans!"    

    

"What happened? Why did we lose him?"    

    

"Those humans probably have some kind of incredible treasure on them. They hid their auras, so we can't track them!"    

    

To Great Chieftain's answer, King of the Devil Apes immediately lowered his head in thought.    

    

Following that, his gaze turned to the left, where the leader of the Devil Hawk was.    

    

This Devil Hawk, other than its appearance being huge and completely black, was no different from an eagle in the mortal world.    

    

It was worth noting that its body was emitting a strange aura. Its sharp eagle eyes were faintly emitting a cold light, giving off an impression of sinister viciousness.    

    

"High Priest, how do you think we should deal with this?"    

    

The King of the Devil Apes opened his mouth once again, and his low and deep voice once again reverberated throughout the brilliant and resplendent palace.    

    

When the Devil Hawk called the High Priest spoke, it raised its mighty head and slightly opened its curved beak. A strange voice came out from its mouth, causing all the magical beasts present to be slightly moved.    

    

"Infernal King, this depends on whether or not those humans broke in on purpose!"    

    

"Oh, how so?"    

    

"If they didn't barge in on purpose, it wouldn't be much of a problem for us to get them to leave. But on the other hand, if they come bearing witness, we will capture them and imprison them in the dungeon as a sacrifice for our demon god!" The Devil Hawk replied with an incomparably strange voice.    

    

"Then, High Priest, what do you think of them?"    

    

"I believe that they have appeared in the depths of our Dark Forest without any warning. They did not come with good intentions and should have gone all out to capture them!" The Devil Hawk replied. As it spoke, its eyes that were as big as a gong suddenly exploded with a bloodthirsty light. The surrounding dozens of beasts all subconsciously shivered.    

    

Their High Priest was their Kingdom of Magical Beasts's most mysterious existence, because he represented the existence of death.    

    

If you were to accidentally provoke it, you might very well become its sacrifice very soon.
