Rebirth: City Sovereign

Amongst the Congli s surrounded by red trees, a petite white figure dressed in simple clothes was gasping for breath, running around with bare feet.    

If one took a closer look, they would realize that it was a young girl around the age of ten. Her golden hair was combed into two adorable ponytails, falling down from the back of her head and swaying along with her body. His eyes were blue, with a white patch over his right eye that was very eye-catching.
