Rebirth: City Sovereign

The green sword pointed straight at where Ye Kai was standing, smashing a huge hole in the green stone floor in the middle of the round plaza!    

Ye Kai turned to the side and dodged the attack agilely. The broken rocks flew past his face but Ye Kai did not move at all.    

"General Yue, why are you so excited?"
